Iris Scan Grade School

Iris Scanning For New Jersey Grade School. This story casually covers the requirement of all teachers and parents submitting to iris scans in order to have access to their children at school. While it does serve the purpose of protecting the children from strangers by verifying ID of parents and teachers, the larger issue is once again, how is that information protected? Who has access to the database of scans and related home address, name and other identifying data. How is that access controlled and protected. And finally, when does the data become accessible by law enforcement & government with warrant (warrantless for Feds now apparently) searches?
